I just had my jaw wired shut and I am 4 mos. pregnant. Any suggestions for nutrition? I really am in the dark.

Please...any help would really be great. I have been eating baby food, soups, and ice cream, but I really dont think that it's enough for the baby. PLEASE HELP!

I lived on Ensure for 3mos when my jaw was wired and milk shakes you can put all kinds of different fruits in them
