Next friday, I'll be going through dental surgery. Five of my teeth are being pulled out and one of them......
Five of my teeth will be pulled out and one of them will be pushed into position (so we're fixing SIX teeth in one day). The procedure should last between 45 minutes to an hour. I'm not scared, acutally, about the surgery, since I will be unconscious and they said they'd apply general anesthesia to my mouth. I was told I really wouldn't feel/remember anything. I guess I'm fine with that, but I'm a bit scared when I think about the fact that they will have to inject some sort of needle in my veins to make me fall asleep. I was told this would hurt, but it would only last a second. Is it true? Does anybody have a previous experience they'd like to share that would (HOPEFULLY) make me feel comfortable?
