Where can I buy some dental disclosing tablet, preferable the G.U.M. red-cote on!

Your dentisst can order them for you from their supplier. I think there are also products you can buy in your local pharmacy over the counter. Listerine make a blue disclosing liquid but I think it was taken off the market. Ask when you go to the drug store.
