Jaw broken after bottom molars taken out.?
I had my bottom molars taken out and after the procedure and one week of pain the dentist told me my jaw was broken. He even had the nerve to ask me if I fell or if someone hit me. Now I have to have my jaw wired for 6 weeks. Is the dentists negligent? Is having my jaw broke a possibility after having molars extracted?

i think so yes-i had all my wisdom teeth out 2 weeks ago and the doctor said if it was going to be a complicated procedure i.e if the teeth were deeply impacted in the bone it was a possibility that part of the bone would fracture.
