Do I have to wear my retainers when i eat?
I just got my retainers and they said i have to wear them 24/7 but does that count eating its so hard to eat with them.
And they're uncomfortable will they become comfortable eventually??

Take them out when you eat, but be sure that you don't throw them away. I accidentally threw away my upper retainer once. It was horrible, my parents were so mad. Just make sure you drink a little water before you put them back in just in case you have a little food in your teeth. you may want to get a retainer case so that you don't make the mistakes I made. Good luck and yes they will get more comfortable as you wear them, but NO eating with them in.
