Dry tongue?!
Question: For the last 4 hours or so the top of my tongue has been feeling dry and rough. I've been drinking water all day and over the last hour I finished off 1 liter of water (as well as tons today).
The rest of my mouth is perfectly fine and doesn't feel dry at all. Its just my tongue!

it might be oral thrush. i had it a few years back. it started out that way. if it starts turning white go see your dr.
