NHS Dentists?!

Question: What's happened to this supposed 'National Health Service'. It's practically impossible to get a dentist, and when you do if you make the slightest complaint you can be struck off the list for next to nothing. Is Labour to blame. We never had these problems under Conservative rule

I have just lost my nhs dentist again (3rd one), am fed up and yes it's the governments fault for not giving them enough incentives to treat nhs patients :(
