You're funny - at least three times a day and what about floss? I floss at least once every 24 hours!! What about you?
If you don't floss, you might as well not brush either!!!!

Twice a day, floss once a week and use of Listerine twice a day.
Three times a day, three minutes each (unless I'm in a hurry, and sometimes I'll brush more, just depends). After breakfast, after lunch, and before I go to bed.
I am an avid flosser. I floss at least 3 times a day. It's a nervous tick I guess. As far as brushing I try 2x a day, but always in the morning. I guess I should start toting my toothbrush with me along with my floss so I can do both. Nay much easier to just bring along the floss.
