Does Crest white strips works just the same as bleaching with the dentist?!
Question: They work but of course not as the same intensity that you would get at the Dentist office. Crest whiting strips just gradually whitens your teeth with each use and they work great. You should get them. However, if you are a smoker, dont waste your time. When you whiten or bleach your teeth you open up the pores in the tooth to release the stains. Those pores dont close for a couple of days to a week. Anything that you drink like grape juice, cranberry juice , smoking can restain you teeth but worse so be careful!

They work (somewhat) but nothing like what the dentist can do for you. You get what you pay for, essentially.
why waste your money... just use a bit of baking soda for 3 days. Sounds gross but its natural and works within 3 days... better results too!
