You are prettier when you smile than when you don't, regardless of the position of your front teeth, dear. Lots of people don't have perfectly straight teeth, so you aren't alone. I don't think it really matters to most people, at least not anyone whose opinion really counts. I'm sure there are those shallow fellows who would discount you for not being perfect- but in the end, are those really the sort of fellows you would be interested in having around? No, it's not important. What is important is what is inside you, not your container. All that aside, teeth can be straightened at any age. It's not something you have to do as a teenager. In fact, sometimes it's better if you do wait, at least until after the wisdom teeth come in, or not- and you have them removed, if needed. At that point, your face is adult size and the results are more likely to be permanent. You will be finished with school and working presumably, and be able to afford the dentist to have it done if you decide you still want to. By then, the fellows worth having will have all grown up as well. The fellow who will be your Mister Right will not care about your teeth being perfect, because you will be perfect just as you are. Don't let the teeth keep you from smiling, please. As I said, a smile is always more attractive than a frown, or even a straight face. It will light up your eyes, and make your whole appearance bright and attractive. A frown will just put people off completely.

go talk about your options with a dentist, or orthodontist.

they will tell you what you can do achieve perfect, or better teeth.

it will most probably be expensive, as the only thing you can do at home is clean as usual, and just grow to accept thats who you are.

I was in the same situation, I use to hate smiling in photos and the final push that made me get braces, when I was at a night club and I over head a guy say " it looks like she's been punched in the mouth" I saved a bit of money and saw an orthodentist. We made a payment plan and the sooner the better. I am now in my late 20's and I wish I got them when I was younger. Sadly my mum couldn't afford it at the time but it certainly builds your confidence to have a great smile.

hmm.. theres not a lot you can do besides braces.
i'd recommend paying for braces even if it takes forever to save... also
there's invisigard - but i dont think its any cheaper.

otherwise a cosmetic dentist could grind cerain teeth, etc?

good luck. i'm sure you're a pretty girl anyway - so dont become too self concsious about it!

you really have 2 options. Face the fact that you will never be perfect and be happy with the skin your in, because you will always have insucurities. Or, you could get braces, and trust me, they make you feel so much more confident, you don't even have to worry about smiling in pictures or anything. It's your choice

once you can get braces, i highly recommend it. idk how old you are but once you get all your baby teeth out, then you can get braces

unless money is the issue and not the teeth
