Yes there is no reason why you cant take it. But remember you have to take ibuprofen after you have eaten something.
Of course you can, I am sure that you have taken Advil before which is just a brand name of ibuprofen. It is not unsafe as long as you follow the directions, if you take three when it says two it won't hurt you, but over time it can give you a bleed in your stomache (this is very rare and happens mostly with people who pop it like candy). If you are still unsure about this, ask your parents or take children's tylenol (which is just a lower dose of acetaminophen, the active ingredient in tylenol)

you can have ibruprofen tablets at 12. but if you dont feel comfortable with that, just take some ibruprofen suspension medicine for younger children. like... nurofen medicine. young babies can take that so it will deffo be safe for you.
