Trouble talking with the pallet expander?
I just got a pallet expander fitted this morning along with braces in my bottom teeth. The main problem I am having is trying to talk- I can't pronounce sharp sounds and I tend to drool a little when talking- and nobody can understand me at all. My teachers had to ask repeatedly what I was trying to say today, as well as my friends.
Since I am tired of people giving me the "What the hell are you saying" look, what can I do to make it a little easier to talk?

It will come with practice, try reading a book or magazine out loud to hear yourself, and just keep trying!
