i am 26 and now its a kind of ritual for me to brush my teeth every night....i dont even remember since when i am doing this....but the credit goes to my dad he used to push me and my lil brother to do that and now i cant bear myself wiout that...

My kids forget but I do. The most important time to brush is at night because all the germs fester and multiply as you sleep. Brush, floss and use listerine.

i do because its the most important step before going to bed.
as during sleep there will be decrease in salivary secretions in the mouth which will cause the bacteria to ferment carbohydrates (food remnants) and produce acids that will (demineralize) eat tooth structure.
so caries activity is increased during sleep.

i used to not very often ( i know ewww ) and i never had a cavity in my life. i do every night now though
