Belly - why not.
Tongue - don't loads of potential probs, can cause serious health probs. Heart drugs are dissolved under the tongue because its the quickest way to get stuff to your heart. If you get an infection / equipment not clean etc the effects are more serious than anywhere else, if your tongue swells you will have probs breathing. I know an nurse who deals with loads of tongue piercings gone wrong. Probably not worth the risk.
