my daughter for some reason has a fever and runny nose cough kneck pain leg pain some one help she never gets sick...

my sister said her 5 year molars are coming in thats why she is sick??????

Children all get their teeth in a different times. There is no such thing as 5 years molars. 6 year molars erupt at anywhere between 5-7 years of age.
Most children do not develop symptoms other than discomfort or pain with the eruption of teeth.
She may have her first cold. I would either see the pediatrician or buy her some over the counter cold medication.
