Thats when dry sockets come into the picture. U must wait a good 48 hours before smoking again. U should have got a list of instructions. Check with your orthidontist to be sure.
Nothing, I'm shame to tell it but I smoked on the same day when I pull them out and I'm still here :) So, if you whan to do it, just do it...

In my opinion nothing if passed 24 h. If you have burr it's ok. But two teeth in one visit? To me, no thanks.
You will add to the nicotine coating in your lungs. It will get you but takes a while! Doc W
