Very Mild tooth pain?!
Question: After I eat sweets (lots), i get a very mild tooth pain that lasts no more than 50 seconds and when I drink cold drinks, I get a sharp pain that lasts up to 2 seconds. What could this be?

I'm not sure about the light brown spot but I had some very similar pain a few months ago. It got worse and I went to the doctor worried that I'd gotten my first cavity. I only had a sensitive tooth though. If you can't tell that there is a hole in your tooth then buy some sensodyne toothpaste. Use it for about a month and the pain will be gone completely.
