It hurts like hell - its right at the back!

Your wisdom teeth come right at the very back, and can be very painful. I have all of mine and never had any problems with them. Must have a big mouth! Lol

well a good first indicator is a bump behind your back molars. It could be a little painful or just a bit awkward. The thing is, by the time you actually realize they're coming in, they may already be severely impacted. My best word of advice is to get x-rays soon. Just schedule a cleaning and add x-rays to the order. Wisdom teeth can be a serious threat to your dental health and regular checkups should catch them before it's too late.

dont no

They appear at the back of the mouth (in the corners) and can be both at the top or bottom, I have four of them and I've gotta cross my fingers there are no complications, I see the dentist regularly and he says if they get a bit sore just rinse your mouth out with some salt, however if they get really painful then you have to go to the hospital where they will have to pull them out, uh oh, they tend to get sore some days and others I don't even notice they are there, one of them starting coming through when I was 19 but they take ages to grow, I'm 25 now and they haven't come through properly yet, usually they appear when in your late teens but they can appear sooner or later, it varies, if you suspect you might have one, your dentist will easily be able to verify for you if this is the case, good luck, oh and by the way my sister is 33 and she still has baby teeth so it is possible if you are unusual to have a wisdom tooth, good luck!
