The reason would be to pay less for the proceedures and make a vacation out of it as well.

Be careful my friend. The quality of dentistry or even infection control is far lower in other countries than it is in the United States. You may be getting more on your "vacation" than you care to have. I have many patients who have to work in other countries. They make a special trip back to the states if they have dental problems arise.
