Have anybody heard of dental amalgam(silver filling) causing illnesses....?!

Have anybody heard of dental amalgam(silver filling) causing illnesses....?

I went and got 4 teeth filled and now 1 month later I'm experincing vetigo/dizzyness ,neck ,jaw facial pain on my right side, earaches , and dull headaches around my ear and back gland...... anybody heard of this before.

The concern about mercury poisoning has been argued for many years. The dental profession stands on the belief that mercury is stablized when mixed with the metals to produce the amalgam filling. Millions of people have had these fillings for many, many years. Not very many have experienced problems. Patients that have experienced certain symtoms, truly are having health issues. I don't know if everyone is convinced it is due to mercury poisoning or possibly a reaction to metals in general or just something else. You should have a doctor check you out. The problem could possibly have nothing to do with your fillings, and the symptoms just happened to coincide with your last dental visit. I truly don't have an exact answer about the mercury, but the dentists I have asked truly feel it is not an accurate answer to the problem. Good luck to you.
