Will braces help to bring my chin out?
My chin is kinda recessed, and I'm pretty sure it's because of my overbite. I'm getting braces, so that will fix my overbite, but will it fix my chin? Will it bring it out more, make it more prominent?

I wouldn't think so, but plastic surgery can alter the appearance of your chin, they add material to your bone under your skin.
