I need dental help!!!!?

my sister has this white thing in her mouth... its in the back/side of her mouth on the wall. it looks like the skin is cut then these white things are in it. if any one is a dentist can u please tell me what u think it is because all the dentist offices were closed today. she says it doesnt hurt and she didnt touch it because we dont know what it is.

Is it on the inside lining of the cheek? Sometimes you can bite your cheek and it looks white and stringy. Is it only on one side? Check both sides. Is it in the throat tissue behind the Uvula. Thats the "hangie-down" sac. Sometimes you can get things stuck in your tonsil that are white. Since it doesn't hurt it probably is ok, but you need to see a doctor or dentist to know for sure. How old is your sister?
