I want to have my wisdom teeth removed with local ane....?
When I was younger I needed to get teeth pulled and they put me to sleep. I had to be taken to the hospital because my heart was racing VERY fast. I believe they said it was too powerful for my body (but im not sure if that meant the anesthesia or they gave me too much). Well, I have to get out my wisdom teeth (2 on the bottom, both partially erupt, root not connected yet) so if thats what I would like, can it be done wtih just novicane? Thanks

I did it with what I think was just novicane because the other was $800. The worst part was that I got tense the whole time because my teeth were impacted and the ortho was pulling so hard. My neck was really stiff after and I think if I had been relaxed and knocked out during then I would not have been so tense. But your mouth will hurt the same amount the next day no matter what they give you when they pull them.
Cammomile tea and Tylenol PM work great after.
