Does anyone know of any dental insurance programs that cover braces?

I am looking for any dental insurance program which covers the highest percentage of the cost of braces. Does anyone have any suggestions, companies, or providers they know of?

Look for ads in your local paper or phone book. Payment in full could net you a substantial discount if you have a cheap source of credit. Many orthodontic offices use credit agencies such as Care Credit or Denal Fee Plan to help their payments get the treatment they need.
