i have always used baking soda to brush with on occasion (not more than a few times a month it can take off enamel), and rinse with peroxide. however, i have been using the new toothpaste by crest called pro health (cinnamon flavor) and have had more compliments on my teeth since. my dentist also said that my teeth looked great this time around. i drink coffee every morn, soda and tea throughout the day and i smoke....this really works!!!! my teeth are white!
