The dentist may inject in jaws some drug and make it painless. Now after some time he may take a tool like plass and pull the tooth out. It may be painful.

u get drugged and they pull it off. u'll have stiches and be in pain for a while.
they will numb the area and/or sedate you, it is painless. till the drugs wear off.
Cutting it out I assume.
They may or may not choose to put you under anesthetic.
If your not they will give you gas to relax, and you wont care what they do.. you wont feel a thing.
Hey have done many of them & never lost a patient yet. You will feel pressure only & mouth will be sore & some swelling probably. Doc W
