Somethin bout my teeth....???!
Question: i got my braces off a little bit more than a year ago, and i have good dental hygiene. when i had braces i had "puffy" gums and they just told me to brush better up there. obviously i've had my braces off for a while now and my gums arent "puffy" anymore, but they STILL BLEED after i brush them! and it seems to be in the same spot too. anything i can do to prevent my gums from bleeding??? and btw i use mouth wash, brush twice a day, and i floss when i can remember...

maybe you agrivated it. Don't worry i forget to floss too.
once my gums did that before they got tighter!!!!
You should use a soft bristle toothbrush.
