I just recently had surgery and was in icu for a long time?

and i couldnt even get up to go to the bathroom, so i didnt brush my teeth. my teeth are now disgustingly yellow and i go back to school on tuesday, what can i do? i am only a teen and i dont drive or have a job so i need something easy to whiten my teeth! please help?

If you have hyrdrogen peroxide at home, brush your teeth with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Or just one of those may help make a difference.

I like Rembrandt whiteners--they are great and you'll see a difference quickly, but hydrogen peroxide and toothpaste and/or hydrogen peroxide with baking soda will help.
