How to get whiter teeth without...?!

Question: i want to make my teeth whiter and i brush my teeth twice a day and swish with citrus listerine, but i would like whiter teeth and i want something with no bleach, or anything that would hurt my teeth or make them sensitive...are there any non-damaging strips or anything? any recommended toothpaste? (i use Aim bit hbaking soda...)
