Sensitivity. They recommend not brushing before use and that helps. Or using top/bottom separately. If you have to do it twice for 30 mins a day, spacing it out helps too. Like do one day and another at night, not back to back. Also, doesn't whiten dental work. So veneers, composite, fillings, etc. will not whiten, only real teeth. I've been using it for about 4 years and they gave me good results. Good luck!
