I have little things near my tooth and i'm getting my 12yr old molers ?!

You have to be more detailed than "little things".

Are they pieces of tooth? Bone? Gum? An infection?

What do they look like? Feel like (as in texture, hardness, etc)?

Edit: I'm pretty sure tha'ts normal... once your teeth grow in, it should stop hurting.
