I had them for 2 years and was finished, but the last six months i havent been wearing the retainer because i lost them but i just found them and cant put them in, they hurt to much..
Answers:
Your teeth have started going back to the way they were. Go back to the orthodontist and have the retainer refitted. It may be possible that you need to have the Invisalign system put back on for a few more months and then the retainer.
