Braces????
i got my braces 4days ago and my gums are fine by my actual teeth ache she are constantly sore and i cant eat solids and when i say solids i mean i cant eat anything that involves chewing or touching my teeth. whats wrong? is this normal or is it just me!

It may take a couple weeks or so to be completely used to chewing with them. I had braces twice. When I was a teenager, it took about a week to chew normally. As an adult, it took about 3 weeks.
