Hydrogen peroxide and baking soda mixture is just as good as toothpaste except it does not contain fluoride, but it definitely does help whiten teeth. But don't use this to comletely replace your toothpaste. Always use a fluoride-containing, ADA- approved toothpaste.

I use advanced Crest whitening strips. They are about $30 and they really do work. I get compliments all the time about how white my teeth are.

Ice water. The cold water does stuff to the nerves I think.

hydrogen peroxide...use it like a mouthwash...then rinse mouth with plain water after. also helps to use whitening toothpaste.

brush them with baking soda. It really works!!! but make sure not to do it over and over again.
