Gum and tongue pain?!

Question: I have been having tongue and gum pain lately. They feel like I ate a ton of sour candy, and i got a canker sore on my tongue (which I usually only get if I use Crest toothpaste.) I am thinking this could be due to stress. What do you think? How can I solve this problem?

hi,
canker sores do occur due to stress. they can also occur due to vitamin deficiency. take some B complex tablets and that could solve the problem.
