Why do some toothpastes and mouthwashes have coloring added?!

Question:

Why do some toothpastes and mouthwashes have coloring added?

Wouldn't that have the potential to discolor your teeth?

Answers:

the added color is too diluted to have any coloring effect.
In terms of marketing, one is more likely to accept that a mouthwash or toothpaste is Mint Flavored if it is greenish in color. You would have a hard time marketing a Mint Toothpaste that is yellow in color.
