No, like the elements that would usually poison the body do not exist in their "pure" form... they are ions. Like, in your body you have iron, that would be onous as well... but because it is not like iron atoms it is IONS it is not poisonous. So, in the toothpaste there are only ions of elements and they are not poisonous to you.
