ok so im starting to get the feelin that i might have herpes or some i went to my doctor like last monday and she said i was fine. now today i just got this cold sore(its little) well it hurts and its at the coner of my mouth and i recently looked at my tongue and noticed i have 2 bumps at the back of my tongue and i dnt know wat it could be . is it taste buds or sum? cuz remember the doctor said i was fine and stuff! plzz help me thanks

Well the cold sores could very well be herpes which is type I (oral) and its not that big of a deal. There are a lot of people that have it and unless you just get a huge fever blister that bothers you not treatment is necessary.
But there is also another condition that occurs at the corners of the mouth that causes discomfort called angular chelitis. This has many causes such as chapped lips, vitamin deficiency, or a fungal infection. This is also not a very big concern.
The two bumps at the back of your tongue could be the circumvallate papilla which there are usually 8-12 but are hard to see by looking in the mirror and you might only be able to see two since they are in a V-shape. This is a normal part of the anatomy.
