You have multiple choices such as any of the liquid meal supplements found in any pharmacy. They are a full meal and provide all the nutrients you require. They can tide you over while initial healing takes place. Ice Cream is a great snack as it helps keep the blood clots solid and in place preventing a dry socket. Jello and of course cooked veggies that are cooked until soft are great choices. Under most circumstances you will only need the soft diet for three to five day's, but don't get carried away and start crunching potato chips for at least ten days. Also, to promote healing a good multi vitamin will help and "gently" rinsing your mouth every four hours with a ten percent salt water solution will be beneficial. Do not attempt to drink or eat "hot" foods the first three day's. Do not smoke or drink from a straw or pop bottle for four day's minimum....the suction can dislodge the blood clots and it will be dry socket time....much pain will follow.

Ask your dentist what they recommend you eat.

These are the best to eat after wisdom teeth are pulled:

Ice cream
Frozen yogurt
Cold applesauce
Non frozen yogurt
Cold pudding

Pudding
Apple Sauce
Jell-O
Popsicles

Buy more than you think you'll need! I bought my food like I was buying some snacks for the house. I forgot that this would be my whole diet for days.

For later in the week. . .
Mashed potatoes
Soup

Stick to a soft diet for a few days until things start to feel better.
