What can i do?
my bottom retainer, you cant remove it, is poking a very painful hole into my lip. my ortho is like 2 hours a way and i wont get u go there for like 2 months. and i ran out of wax. Is their anything i can do to keep it from cutting my lip temporarily until i go to the ortho

i actually ripped mine out because it was hurting my jaw. i honestly dont know what else to tell you.
