I f you could get a floss threader they have them at the pharmacy or wal mart in the dental section. It will look like a needle with a huge eye on it usually they are plastic .Thread your floss through the threader like threading a needle and take it through the lowest opening between the two teeth where the floss is stuck once its sliding out the other side of you teeth near the tongue pull it the rest of the way through and grasp both ends and pull upward to dislodge the floss do this gently and try to avoid the filling .

Do you have a pair of tweezers? Try to grasp the minute fibers that inevitably hang out between the teeth somewhere. Good luck, it happens to me all the time and it is terribly frustrating. The dentist recommended anti-shred but it does the same thing just not as often.

Try flossing over it again, maybe it'll come out, but the tweezer idea sound much better. If no tweezers, try fine scissors (be careful) or try to get someone to help you.

i dont get it-- its just stuck between your teeth? swish, floss, tweeze, and if u want a better answer explain yourself

HELLO.FIRST OF ALL STOP USING FLOSS.YOU HAVE BETTER INTERDENTAL AIDS AVAILABLE LIKE INTERDENTAL PROXA BRUSHES WHICH ARE THE BEST.YOU SHOULD VISIT A DENTIST AND GET YOUR TEETH SCALED.DONT EVER USE TOTH PIKS AS THEY MIGHT INJURE YOUR GUMS.DONT HESITATE GOING TO A DENTIST AS IT WOULD NOT BE EXPENSIVE FOR SUCH A SMALL DENTAL PROCEDURE.

What you could do is buy some tweezers and pull the floss out if some of it is hanging. However, it might break again and leave part of it stuck in between your teeth.

Another thing you could do is buy a waterpik. These are great for cleaning out bits of food in between teeth that get stuck after meals. However, they are expensive.

You could also try to floss it out with another piece of floss.

If none of these work, it will probably come out eventually.
