Question:
Will I have a panic attack getting braces?
I suffer from extreme anxiety and I get panic attacks very easily! (particularly when i feel trapped and I start to feel that i cant breathe etc..)
I will have to get braces to straighten my teeth and I am worried that during the procedure (having to stay still etc..) I will have a panic attack and i wont be able to breathe! is there any way that I can be lightly sedated during the procedure?
