Slowly and carfully.
If you have the kind that makes a beeping noise when it wants you to go to the next section that splint your mouth into 4 parts- The top right side, the top left side, the bottom right side and the bottom left side. Everytime it beeps switch it to another section.
First you brush with the electric toothbrush to get all the dirt out of the teeth. Then you brush regulary to get all the dirt out of the mouth.
Last you floss.
