How long after having a wisdom tooth and a molar pulled can the stitches be remo!
Question:
How long after having a wisdom tooth and a molar pulled can the stitches be removed without causing any harm?
They put in dissolvable stitches but they have not dissolved yet. What would be the harm in removing them....say 5 days later after the removal?

I had all uppers removed about a year and half ago, stitches that were in were not dissolvable, and main problem I had was the ends of the stitches would get stuck in my bottom teeth.....i pulled one of the stitches out by accident after 3 days with no problems......3 days later had the rest out by the dentist. So 5 days you shouldnt have much problem at all.
