Sensitive spot?!

Question: i have braces. back by the bracket (i had NOT had my braces tightened or anything) my one tooth on the bottom started to get really really sensitive to anything cold. even solid cold food. do i have a cavity, or is there something else wrong??

It sounds like you have a cavity. If you can, take something like a gum teaser and see if the area is sticky. If it is then you definetly have a cavity. To be sure just go see your dentist so they can stop it before it gets really big. The brackets of your braces trap food, so its very easy to get cavities back there. I know i did when i had mine on.
