i need to go to the orthodontist this friday ( where you get stuff done with braces) my braces are off but i still have a retaner in, and the last time that they took something like this out it hurt like hell, what do i do?!?!?!?!?!?!
and now they're pressuring me into getting braces again and im def. not doing that
what do i tell them?
plz help!!!
