Use a Bicarbonate of Soda after you have cleaned your teeth normally...after a few days you should see an improvement....hope this helps.
crest white strips are wonderful hbubys a dentist and he still swears by them.Also brush teeth w straight baking soda..once in while..
Brush longer, and also, floss more.
If your really that desperate, you can do what a friend of mine did... take a big old bottle of spray paint and smile pretty...
I use a SMALL amount of bleach, mixed with peroxide and swish it around three or four times a week. Works wonders.
Just be sure not to use color safe bleach.
What I have done to get my teeth whiter is to avoid caffeine drinks. And then from there I brush my teeth with Colgate luminous and also have used Listerine whitening pre-brush rinse.
And also check with your dentist every six months and ask him/her how to get whiter teeth.

I use Ultra Brite toothpaste. It's the cheapest toothpaste I've seen, and even my dentist noticed the difference in the whiteness of my teeth. I've used it for years and haven't had any problems with my teeth as someone suggested I might with a "cheap" toothpaste.
If that doesn't do it well enough for you (it didn't for my daughter whose teeth were "permanently" yellowed by the use of antibiotics when she was a baby) our dentist recommended Crest White Strips. He said to use the most expensive one we could find since her teeth were really bad. To my great surprise it worked really well. It cost about $50, but was worth it. If yours aren't really bad, you may be able to use one of the less expensive ones with good results.
