ither cavites or just tooth aches
The beginning stages of decay most likely. Best case scenerio is that you are experiencing tooth sensativity. Tell your parents and they will most likely take you back to the dentist to get it checked out. The dentist might find something or he might only prescribe a different toothpaste and/or oral rinse.
Good luck
Dental work can make your teeth sensitive to heat, cold, sweets, etc. Try a "Sensitive Teeth" toothpaste. To accelerate its effects, after you've brushed and flossed thoroughly, put a small amount of the paste on your finger and apply it directly to the teeth that hurt.
If the pain doesn't go away in a couple weeks, make another appointment with the dentist.
Clove oil:Is great to use for toothaches. Apply a little on the affected tooth for some time and then rinse with warm water. Boil 5 grams of fresh peppermint in 1 cup water with a little salt. And rinse mouth well with this .Peppermint is an antiseptic and contains menthol which relives pain .Try out http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/ for more details.
