I brush them twice unless I fall asleep watching TV or something and just don't think about it at night. ALWAYS in the morning, though.

Alot of my friends do this too, so you're not a freak for only brushing once a day haha.

i brush my teeth min. 2 times a day. sometimes three, but that's only b/c i have braces. but i always brush them before school and before i go to bed.

that's not gross at all. I mean if you get in there one time and REALLY brush those teeth you're good. Don't worry a lot of people forget or are just to lazy lol. Me being one of them!

I usually do.

I sometimes don't want to at night, but I all I have to do is remember those nice trips to the dentist where they drill into my tooth to fill it to make me a little more motivated to brush.

I haven't brushed my teeth yet today, though! :)

Yes I do brush two times a day.

At the least I brush 2x a day, for the most part I brush 3x a day.

yes you should brush them twice a day but if you only do once a day do it at night as the saliva flow is reduced

LOL..
i brush after every meal.

I brush at least twice a day: in the morning and at night. Sometimes after I've had lunch too, if I have time.

sometimes i forget too, and i have slight gum problems due to plaque build up as i havnt been able to get a dentist for some years.
NHS dentists fighten the crap out of me, and when i last went they always gave me bollocking for not cleaning enough...etc even though my teeth were in perfect condition and only slight redness on gums

I want to save up and pay for a private practice who are understanding to peopel who hate dentists... i am so tense that i grip the chair like a vice.

I havent.. Dont have any top teeth, sure wish I had of. IM 60

I brush my teeth more than twice a day....i try to brush after every meal. My dad is a dentist and he says you should brush at least twice a day.....and floss twice a day.

i keep a toothbrush and toothpaste in my locker at school and i brush after i eat lunch.....you might want to try that if you are still in school....

in order for me not to forget, i put up post-it notes with reminders on my mirror in the bathroom.....if you are having trouble remembering, you might want to try this.....it works for me and it might work for you :D

two times a day morning and at night I floss too it just became a habit ever since I started wearing braces.

its not gross

i only do that too

yes

Well, I should be brushing my teeth 3 times a day, 'cause I have braces.
I brush mine about twice a day.
But if I didn't have braces, I normally brush mine once a day.
Just make sure you do a darn good job!

yes i do, sometimes more and i floss daily too...i cant stand an icky feeling in my mouth....i talk on the phone all day so to me it is necessity

twice a day except for when i'm to tired to get up and brush at night.sometimes when i go an a health rage(like 2 days outta a month)i'll do it like 3 times a day.its okay if u brush once cuz alot of ppl in my family only brush once a day an we all have white shiny healthy teeth(no cavities)yeah us!!!

Yes. But I brush 3 times a day and floss every night before I go to bed. However I do still get cavitys. Go figure.

I brush before school and before bed, and usually floss sometime during the day (uhh.. maybe. haha i'm really bad about that), but only cause I have braces.

It's not too gross, I mean I was kinda like that before braces but now I'm sooo paranoid about those horrible white spots when they take them off!

After having scaling and root planing done recently I now brush my teeth about 4 times a day and floss twice.

Brushing teeth with soda-bicarbonate removes nicotine and other dark stains also. It helps to prevent the formation of tartar and keeps the teeth white.Log on to http://tipsfromruby-teethcare.blogspot.c... tips to have sparkle on your teeth and keep them in good.
