hello , i'm 14 years old and i use crest extra whitening toothpase, whats the downside of it? should i change it? does it damage the glow?

Tooth whitening toothpaste does not have any downsides, they have limited amounts of whitening capabilities. Whitening products aside from toothpaste can cause increased sensitivity to hot and cold and are not recommended for kids. Newer studies do should that whitening systems do cause teeth to fracture easier. Stick with the toothpaste, at 14 yrs of age you should have nice pearly white teeth anyway. If you drink a lot of soda like Pepsi, Coke or tea you might want to switch to something less staining like a clear beverage and no smoking.
